Implementiert User-freundliches Limit-Feedback für Daten-Einträge:
- Button wird deaktiviert wenn Limit erreicht
- Hover-Tooltip erklärt warum ("Limit erreicht X/Y")
- Button-Text zeigt "🔒 Limit erreicht"
- Error-Handling für alle API-Fehler
- Usage-Badge wird nach Speichern aktualisiert
