* POST /api/prompts/:id/optimize (KI analysis)
- Extended models.py with PromptCreate, PromptUpdate, PromptGenerateRequest
Frontend:
- AdminPromptsPage.jsx: Full CRUD UI with category filter, reordering
Meta-Features:
- KI generates prompts from goal description + example data
- KI analyzes and optimizes existing prompts
