feat: improve ProfileBuilder UI clarity with field labels 
- Added label row: PARAMETER | OPERATOR | SCHWELLENWERT | GEWICHT
- Prevents confusion between threshold value and weight fields
- Better placeholder for value field (z.B. 90)
