feat: Highlight failed nodes in WorkflowDebugPanel 
- Failed nodes now have:
  - Red border (2px instead of 1px)
  - Light red background (#D85A3010)
  - Red shadow/glow effect

Makes it immediately obvious which nodes had errors.
