Ursache: vitals.py importiert dateutil.parser für Omron-Datumsformatierung,
aber python-dateutil fehlte in requirements.txt.
Fix: python-dateutil==2.9.0 zu requirements.txt hinzugefügt.
Nach dem Update: Docker Container neu bauen auf dem Pi:
