# Ziel (Nov, KW45–48)
Mindnet **OS v1.1** stabil: App-Schicht + saubere Vault-Collections inkl. `source`-Metadaten; **RAG Ende-zu-Ende** mit Zitation; **2 Assets** (Prompt-Kit, Import-Script).

## Definition of Done (DoD)
- Collections: `notes`, `karate`, `costopti`, `training` **existieren** und sind **getrennt indexiert**.
- Importer schreibt **`source` + `collection`** nach Qdrant; **Delete-by-source** möglich.
- Retriever (Top-k/MMR) liefert **Antwort + sources[]**; **Latency < 5 s** lokal.
- **Prompt-Kit v1** & **Importer v1** liegen versioniert im Repo; kurze README vorhanden.

## Arbeitsstränge
### A) App/Backend
- [ ] Endpunkte: `/search`, `/answer`, `/upsert`, `/delete?source=...`.
- [ ] Logging: Use-Log (Frage, Laufzeit, Treffer, Quellen).
- [ ] Tests: 6 Queries/Collection; Halluzinations-Check (No-Answer>Hallu).

### B) Vault/ETL
- [ ] Ordnerstruktur & YAML-Konvention (IDs deterministisch).
- [ ] `import_txtdocuments.py`: Felder `source`, `collection`, **Batching**, Archivierung `_imported`.
- [ ] Backfill: alte Leitbild-/Sessions-Notes in `notes`.

## Cadence (leichtgewichtig)
- **täglich 60–90′ Deep-Work** (vormittags) → A) App  
- **täglich 20–30′ Wartung** (nachmittags) → B) Vault  
- **Freitag 30′ Retro**: DoD-Fortschritt, Blocker, nächster Fokus

## Messung
- Zeitersparnis Ø **≥50 %** ggü. manuell (6 Fälle) · Reviewer-Score **≥8/10** · Zitate in **≥90 %** vollständig.
