+Mindnet **OS v1.1** stabil: App-Schicht + saubere Vault-Collections inkl. `source`-Metadaten; **RAG Ende-zu-Ende** mit Zitation; **2 Assets** (Prompt-Kit, Import-Script).

+## Definition of Done (DoD)
+- Collections: `notes`, `karate`, `costopti`, `training` **existieren** und sind **getrennt indexiert**.
+- Importer schreibt **`source` + `collection`** nach Qdrant; **Delete-by-source** möglich.
+- Retriever (Top-k/MMR) liefert **Antwort + sources[]**; **Latency < 5 s** lokal.
+- **Prompt-Kit v1** & **Importer v1** liegen versioniert im Repo; kurze README vorhanden.
