## Go-Kriterien (Recovery Plan §6)

- ≥3 von 5: „Hilft bei täglicher Steuerung“ = ja (schwach ja reicht nicht)
- Leitfrage auf Workspace ohne Schulung beantwortbar
- Report dokumentiert Lücken explizit
